The weather outside is frightful, etc, etc, etc. I don’t get it. Why do they stop playing songs about snow after Christmas? I mean it still snows once the holiday season is done so why not sing about it! Anyway I digress. In RL, I live in Austin, TX which traditionally has great weather during the winter season. This is an exception though and it has been pretty damn cold! Overall though, winter accessories in Austin are generally just that – accessories that only had a little bit of something to an outfit without doing much function wise, LOL.
So when I put together today’s look, my first reaction was “Wow, I am quite the Austin hipster in this ensemble!” Although, in my humble opinion, it has just enough whimsy though that I think I clearly tow the “hipster” line without crossing over it too far. The reality is in my twenties I would have embraced hipster life with such a fury, there was no way I could not NOT be a hipster. But now that I am um…old, I just…can’t, for so many reasons.
Any who, in SL I have the latitude to be whoever I want, whenever I want, where ever I want. So for today I am the ultimate Austin hipster in the fake..snow. Well that’s all I got for you guys today. So wherever you might be in this wonderful world of ours, whether it’s wintertime OR summertime, take care and have a great second life.
